Radical transparency through data
We use a proprietary tool, STOMP, combined with AI, to measure impact across our journeys. This includes how trips are designed, who benefits, and where improvements are needed. Very few companies do this at this depth—and we believe it should be the norm.
Communities at the centre
Climate action is also social. Through Resonate, we actively amplify local voices and stories. Destinations are not products. They are lived places, shaped by people.
Giving back, properly
Our charitable work runs through Green Box, supporting marginalised communities and causes that often sit outside mainstream tourism funding.
Sustenance over profit
We have chosen to prioritise long-term sustenance over short-term profit. Our goal is to build a better, more responsible company—not one focused only on dividends.
