One-on-One Planning Call
After the call, we create a first version of your itinerary, shaped around you. We adjust and improve until everything feels right. We send you the offer for your to make the final approval, and book the trip.

Relax — We Handle the Details
We book and coordinate all elements of your trip. With everything in place, you can simply enjoy the experience, well knowing that we got your back! We also provide a 24/7 backup support during your journey.

How much is this?
Our tailor-made journeys are designed from scratch, and our pricing reflects the time, care, and expertise involved in creating a fully personalised experience.
The design fee depends on the length of your trip and group size but for a limited time, we are keeping it at a flat 500 Euros
This fee covers the full design and planning process, from your initial consultation through to a fully developed and bookable itinerary.
- The design fee is paid upfront when submitting your request and scheduling your first call
- The fee is non-refundable, as it reflects the dedicated time and expertise involved
- If you proceed with the trip, the full amount is deducted from your final booking cost
