Linda Veråsdal
I am the founder of Ethical Travel Portal, and I am passionate about responsible tourism and using tourism as a tool for positive development. I hold a Master’s degree in Responsible Tourism and have many years of experience creating meaningful and sustainable travel experiences across Norway.

I am from Froland, a neighbouring municipality to Arendal on Sørlandet. I have been travelling and working throughout Norway and feel I know the country very well. I love to develop authentic experiences beyond the traditional tourist routes, showcasing off-the-beaten-path Norway and connecting travellers with local communities, culture, nature, and everyday life more genuinely and responsibly.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, exploring nature, and being in the mountains or by the sea. I am also an animal lover and run a dog charity in The Gambia called Gunjur Dog Patrol.
